- A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
- As part of responsible gaming, 10gbet will enforce self-exclusion upon a user's request.
- If an account is closed, the verified balance will be refunded — except in cases where the closure is due to a breach of terms.
9Limitation of Liability
10gbet accepts no responsibility for the following.
- When a betting session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- Any delays or errors caused by third-party servers or payment gateways.
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or lack of awareness.
- Force majeure — when service is interrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.
